Phil Raines and Harvey Welles have collaborated on numerous short stories, which have appeared in Albedo One, The Fractal Territories and the anthology Shipbuilding: New SF from Scotland. In 1998 they won the Bridport Award for Best Short Story. Phil lives in Glasgow, Scotland, and Harvey in Milwaukee, US. |
